    Trip Leader: Emil Yappert, emil@boulderaudubon.org

Join Emil Yappert for a duck watching field trip to the Platte River near 88th St in Denver/Commerce City. We can pretty much see every duck common to Colorado in this area and have an outside chance to observe Barrow’s Goldeneye as well.

Loaner binoculars (and disinfectant) are available for participants without binoculars. Please let the trip leader know you want the binoculars with your RSVP.

Where to meet: Meet at the Platte River Trailhead parking lot just south of the intersection of 88th Ave and Colorado Blvd in Thornton.
